		<description>justin - NYC vs. Chicago... Hmmm... I only saw a bit of it. The part between Gary, IN and the City is a complete armpit. Lake Shore Drive is wonderful. Parts of Oak Park were really cool...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So I could live there, but I think I'd always like NYC better. The only thing that Chicago has that NYC doesn't do as well is being connected with the water.</description>
